Kirkus Reviews offered a mostly positive review of Awad's novel. When it was published, Bunny received warm reviews. And over time, she is drawn into their complex and often strange world. But things change when Mackey gets invited to one of the bunnies' parties. Mackey thinks that the so-called "bunnies" are rich and snooty. Many of the women in her program are called "bunny," and Mackey doesn't like any of them. Awad's novel follows a young woman named Samantha Heather Mackey, who feels like an outsider in her tiny and incredibly selective Master of Fine Art Arts program at a university in New England. Mona Awad's Bunny was first published in June 2019. Written by people who wish to remain anonymous We are thankful for their contributions and encourage you to make your own.
